Take Ten

despite the current extreme funkiness of our world weather patterns, which have left some of us tired of rain, no one, i believe, denies the calming, trustworthy, mildly wild nature of the sound of falling rain.  it means something to us.  it's -- at least -- permission to be set apart;  it's -- at least -- permission to share shelter, be it a tent or a worn quilt.

a tip of the hat, once again, to TW at american idyll.

take ten minutes now, or bookmark it for some future arid day.
