Apparently, the correct way to cast this ballot was to fill in the missing space in the arrow to the right of the candidate. Too bad that was not clear to the voters -- who, at this point, must be nostalgic for the hanging chad.

Hi Bianca,I couldn't believe it either,I hoped that they would go with something tried and true,something familiar since the very previous election of a judge they had lost entire boxes of ballots and taken over a month to announce a winner.So instead of marking a big X or something you had to "fill in" the rest of the missing arrow to your desired candidate,how absurd.
